Blue, blue, electric blue, that's the colour of my room (not really, but it is the colour of my nails)

Hi, I'm back after a couple of weeks! I've been busy and two of my nails keep breaking (boo!) but now I've done some quick nail art.

Here is one of the nail varnishes I've used in the nail art; I painted it on my other hand because I'm lazy and can't be bothered to match my nails on both hands. This is two easy coats of Barry M Supersonic from their speed dry collection. It's a shimmery electric blue colour with a pink shimmer which is more apparent in real life; you can just about see it at the edge of my nails. The colour is gorgeous and I don't have anything else like this in my collection, although I do have a small collection compared to some!

And here is the nail art! I started by painting my nails with the light blue speckled nail varnish called Ennui by Renaissance Cosmetics, which is another lovely polish which also has a pink shimmer. I then painted the outline of the triangle freehand using Supersonic and then filled in the sides. I then finished with a coat of HK Girl topcoat.

So what do you think? I feel like doing something more detailed but I haven't got loads of time at the moment so these will have to do! I've got a reading week in a weeks time so hopefully then!
